It is a new year again.
Last year I wrote about the significance of eating pork and lentils for good luck and prosperity in the new year. So I tried to to follow the tradition and had some lentil soup today.

Yes, those are chunks of a pig’s hock in it. Then for the main course I had some pork sausages for good luck.
