The Honduran curlyhair tarantula is a rather large spider.

Honduran curlyhair tarantula (Brachypelma albopilosum<\/em>), Toronto Reptile Expo<\/a>.<\/p><\/div><\/p>\n Honduran curlyhairs are popular pets and they are considered to be good beginner tarantulas as they are relatively tolerant to changes in humidity and temperature. Most of the Honduran curlyhair tarantulas in the pet trade are captive bred. Honduran curlyhair tarantulas grow fast and reach an impressive size which makes them attractive to spider enthusiasts. They eat small live prey such as crickets and cockroaches, even pinky mice.
