\nBecause of their attractive coloration and relatively modest need for space jungle carpet pythons are somewhat popular in the pet trade and captive bred specimens are available in North America for snake enthusiasts.<\/p>\n

Jungle carpet pythons tend to be a bit nippy when they are young but they usually mellow out as they age and become quite tame.<\/p>\n
